BS Anesthesia Technology
Introduction
The BS Anesthesia Technology is a 4-year undergraduate program designed to train skilled anesthesia technologists who play a vital role in surgical and critical care teams. Students learn to assist anesthesiologists in administering anesthesia, monitoring patients before, during, and after surgery, managing anesthesia equipment, and handling emergency situations in operation theaters, ICUs, CCUs, and high-dependency units. The program combines strong theoretical foundations with practical skills in pharmacology, patient monitoring, airway management, and life-saving techniques, producing professionals capable of ensuring patient safety and comfort during critical procedures.
